- Bachelor Degree education with min GPA 3.00 (1, 2, 3) Diploma I & III education (4, 5)
- Apartment & Marketing experience min 5 years (5)
- Hotel experience min 2 years (2, 3, 4)
- Security field experience min 2 years (5)
- Fluent in English both spoken & written
- Self motivated, dynamic & good looking
